1. Maintaining relationship of existing customers;
2. Actively looking for trading partners, and leading the team to explore new businesses; Handling negotiation, ordering and risks control;
3. Team building and training.
4. Leading the whole team to achieve department objectives, and the company strategic plans.
5. Daily management, such as the working plan and customer following-ups, access, recruitment, ect.

Requirements:
1. At least three years experience in Sales Management;
2. Bachelor degree or above, majored in International Trade or related subjects;
